Shipment:

Symbolique also ships internationally.
On the whole this concerns other countries within Europe.  In the Overview of Countries (see bottom of this page) you will find
a list of countries to which orders can be shipped.
For shipment to a country not listed within the Overview of Countries please contact Symbolique for delivery options and costs.

There is no separate charge for packaging costs.
Orders will be shipped after payment has been received.
All items will be packed with care, appropriate for the item concerned.

Symbolique does its best to send an order within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment.
When the order is shipped you will receive notification of this by e-mail.

If, due to the item not being in stock or if only a part of the order can be sent, there is delay in shipment of the order or the order
can not be executed, you will receive notice of this by e-mail as soon as possible.

Orders are usually sent through a Dutch postal service. The indicative delivery-times given for any location there are applicable
to shipment of items from Symbolique.

Shipping Costs :

All prices on this website are excluding shipping-costs,
which will be added on the Order Confirmation as a part of the total order amount.
The shipping costs are based on weight of the ordered item(s) (incl. packaging) and on destination.
For shipment to E.U. countries V.A.T. will be charged over the total order amount.

Shipment Terms:

- Track+Trace** service
- Except for ordered items shipped to an address within The Netherlands, orders are shipped by registered mail.
 
   ** Applicable for most countries. There are a few exceptions to which this service does not apply.
